Recruit up!

Marketing, network marketing, MLM or direct sales it is always important to recruit up. When prospecting up for people that have large lists of people, that have spears of influence, people there are involved in organizations and people that are generally money motivated. they tend to work harder.  They don't go out and do their business they do their business while they're out. remember to always recruit up and look for leaders. that way your business will always explode remember you want multilocation not addition. you want your business  to grow fast not slow.
