Should weight Loss weigh you down?
Anyone who has ever wanted to lose weight, has dealt with the question of how and how long? Losing weight can be challenging, tricky, frustrating and yes something that can weigh you down if you don't know how to attack it. Should you join a weight loss center; should you starve yourself, and on and on it goes.
The first step is to realize that you do have to curve your calories, reduce your carbs and consume more protein and vegetables and balance your diet with 1-2 fruits a day. The next step is use a simple formula of taking your desired weight and multiplying that by 9-10 calories and once the weight is obtained, then you can take your desired weight and multiply that by 14 calories for your maintenance. You then can add 1-2 carbs back into your diet but still keep the basic eating plan.
